The basic requirement was not to have a match of less than 72 hours apart, as the UEFA regulator predicts. This was the primary requirement of the Football Union, which also wanted to ensure that there would be stops to be updated in each part, because when the championships are planned, temperatures are very high.
The goal is for the exercises to begin in May, and for the championship to be played as early as June to continue in July. So the 5-6-7 weekend has been set as the first target to begin, of course being delayed if the situation has not normalised somewhat by then.
However, all parties are aware that they will not be played with open doors. The Spanish government has made it clear that at least until September it will not allow mass gatherings and there is no exception to football, with the recent challenges of this season and perhaps the start of that successor, which will be pursued only through television.
