Iber-Lepenci board calls government decision on its dismissal illegal

The N.H. ” Ibber-Lepenc” board has reacted after the government's dismissal.

Through a media communiqué the Board of this company has accused Kurti Government, saying the decision on dismissal is illegal.

This Bord claims that in recent years it has been very effective by rejecting the government's claims, which it was also dismissed for.

The Board's full response from Iber Lepenci:

The board of N.H.”Iber-Lepenc”, via the media, has been reported for the illegal dismissal, on the part of the Kosovo Republic's acting government. In this case the Board finds that dismissal is completely illegal and politically motivated. This decision that does not reflect the actual state of our company, for the fact that N.H.” Iber-Lepenc”, in the last three years, has had a better performance in business history, a performance that is consistent with annual external audit reports, in all sectors of the company. That N.H.” Iber-Lepenc” is a successful business, multifunctional enterprise, and the fact that it is among the companies that only bases its functioning on business, never being a burden of the Republic of Kosovo budget.

Statistical analysis confirms the opposite of government claims on duty:

1. In 2018 , NP has managed to earn more for 25.73 % compared to the previous year.

2. In 2018 , NP has made operational profit before devaluation 451.62 % more than in the previous year.

3. In 2018 , NP has increased the pre-KESH 583.38 %, compared to the previous year.

4. In 2019, the NP managed to get in through the event for 7.46% more than the business plan,
