Isolation measures may help reduce pressure caused by pandemics, but they cannot address 100 per cent pandemic.
Governments must be willing to perform as many tests as possible and isolate every case.
Tedros also says that relief of these measures will gradually put states in a kind of readiness to spread a second wave from the koronoberius.
