Full response:
With the Ministry of Health's new measures, on behalf of the prevention of Ovid-19 and the management of the situation in the country, constitutional order has been seriously affected. The Kosovo government, with this unconstitutional decision, has usurped power. Ignoring the Constitutional Court's decision, the government has seriously affected freedoms and human rights. Anti-unconstitutional actions, despite the state created by pandemic, cannot be tolerated. Kosovo is the parliamentary and constitutional Republic, and any intervention or usurpation of power is punishable.
