The village of Stubble was the only one affected in the year with several cases but that was well managed.
In recent days, however, many other villages in this municipality have been affected by COVID-19.
Mayor Sokol Haliti says the municipality has already become accustomed to the virus situation, but according to him, the challenges are great and of different natures.
We've had an invasion of vitro infections that are mainly cases related to Ferizan count... we've been adapting to these routine and intrinal problems. We've had chronic problems, social cases, problems with COVID-19, with their isolation and care, but we've somehow managed to deal with this situation jointly”.
Haliti says measures have been taken so that cases will not spread further.
He says Vitita is having trouble burying people who naturally change their lives.
We as a municipality have about 30 natural deaths a month. This situation is also difficult for families to organize the mortar for deceased family members. Families have had trouble carrying corpses after a piece has come from outside”, Sokol Haliti said, among other things.
