The Moroccan footballer Amin Arit has been severely fined by his club for breaking the rules.
Schalke's midfielder received a 100,000-euro fine for violating the rule of social distance, and visited a clay bar in Essen when they were not allowed.
It was seen on the night of March 19th-20th, at a time when the opening of grass was prohibited by law.
Arit was found by police with nine other people, club sports director Joshen Schweider has confirmed.
The truth is, Amine was there with a friend. It was a mistake he saw now too. I reminded him how serious the situation was and that things that were normal until yesterday just couldn't be tolerated anymore. He's very sorry and won't say again,” said Schnider for Bild.
According to Arit, he will financially assist one of Schalke's anticonavour actions as well as an organization that does the same in Morocco.
