Fines of 250 euros have been set aside for violating collections, while police in the town of Hassel have forced them to disperse.
Oulare has confirmed the incident, but has told the newspaper “Het Niewsblad”, that police officers exaggerated.
We weren't hosting any parties, but neighbors called the police. I don't think I've done anything wrong. I understand that the police are doing their job, but it doesn't make it exaggerate”, the 24-year-old said.
Oulare, who played for Belgium's U-21, had moved from Watford to England in 2015. But he played only two matches for Premier Legues' club before returning to Belgium.
Belgium has been hit hard by the pandemic of Coronavirus, with about 3600 deaths.
