Albanian businessman Martin Shkreli, who is currently serving a seven-year sentence, thinks he can find a treatment for the coronary, so he wants to be released from prison for three months.
In an 11-page research posted on the website of Prospero Pharmaceuticals, a company that Shkreli founded in May 2015, the imprisoned entrepreneur extracts eight existing drugs that can be used to treat COVID-19.
Shkrel said current pharmaceutical industry efforts are not going that far, saying he is in a unique position to help like “a few experienced managers in all aspects of development of drugs”.
