Details by Decisions for Risked municipalities and quarantined municipalities

By April 15th (April 15th), 6:00th, with the aim of protecting the lives of residents in municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo with separate decisions, new driving measures take effect, Kosovo reports

Decisions are specifically made for endangered municipalities and quarantined municipalities. These measures are aimed at “preventing, fighting and eliminating the infectious COVID-19”.

“According to decisions is allowed to circulate subjects over the age of 16, for only 1 and a half hours a day, according to scheduled weekly hours on the basis of the previous digit of their personal number. For foreign citizens, however, the same decision applies with the last number of passport”.

“To carry out the needs of economic operators or relevant institutions, free circulation is available for economic operators and pre-launched institutions, free transport of goods and services to ensure the functioning of the supply chain as a process involving operations from the first subject to production, processing and service to transport of products, distribution and sale to the latest consumer, free circulation for institutions only to carry out official tasks on the established list at Annex 2 and 3 of these decisions. To circulate according to pre-price conditions, statements-confirming by ATK system are needed MDI” says in communique

Decisions also cite the possibilities of movement regarding the sick, disabled, victims of domestic violence, and cases of death.

Financial sanctions for administrative wrongdoing for physical and legal persons are also put into decisions.

These measures are worth May 4th, 2020.

Depending on the results, the decisions will be reviewed no later than April 30th, 2020, in consultation with the IKSC.
