In fact, the political situation with regard to the management of pandemic in the north has been evacuated here in the capital.
Serbia has declared it has declared the quarantine situation for northern Mitrovica and Zvecanin, while the Kosovo government says the decision is the Ministry of Health of Kosovo and has co-ordination with local authorities and KFOR.
The incumbent prime minister sharply accused President Hashim Thaci of wanting to cause bloodshed. Thaci and other parties accused Government of leaving the north in Serbia's hands.
The reports of citizens from there are that the curfew is according to Serbia's model, not as it is in Kosovo starting at 5:00. In these two northern municipalities, 23 cases of coronavirus are reported.
But, until Serbia has found different forms to help Serbs living in Kosovo, Kosovo authorities, but also those of Albania are not interested in Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
Shaip Kamberi, chairman of Bujanoc, has told Reporter.net today that no one from Kosovo or Albania has contacted them to care.
No, nobody called me. Let it be their conscience, maybe they have more important jobs”, he said in a statement to Reporter.
He had said days earlier that someone from Kosovo or Albania was not interested in the situation there.
He said there are no cases, and even now, Camber reports it hasn't changed. However, they are implementing measures imposed by the state of Serbia. Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja calculated both from the poorest municipalities in Serbia, and because of the unfair treatment the Serbian state has done in years.
Serbia is the most hit in the region as far as Coronavirus is concerned. So far about 1600 cases have been filed.
