No AKRR votes, The LDK cannot secure most in the assembly

Today the ruling coalition agreements will be finalised, Avdullah Hoti, nominated by the Democratic League (LDK) for new prime minister, has warned. Recent negotiations have remained with the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), whose two MPs are considered to be determining to make the majority. Hoti said on Tuesday that one day [...]
Hoti has said on Tuesday that one day later he will also discover the composition of government aimed at building it up.
“
“I am pleased to say that the conversations have largely closed, because the agreement was earlier”, Hoti added.
He has stressed that there will be agreements that take into account the specific burden each of the coalition partners intends to build.
We are aware that we will take over in a beautiful situation with pandemic, with the need soon to intervene in the economy and return friendships that have been hurt for the past few weeks and months. We're aware, but we're prepared with a great team. I think tomorrow we're going to close all the issues and deal with the composition of the new government”, Hoti said.
We've met with some of the partners, we're finalising the full details. Even the AKR will be part of this government”, he said.
Based on all the statements, the agreements have only been finalised with the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), which has 13 deputies, with the Serbian List (LS) which has 10, with the Social Democrat Initiative that has 4 and the parties of non-Serb communities, which can provide mostly 9 of their 10 deputies. This number jointly reaches 60 deputies, since 4 of the 28 LDK deputies were also opposed to the collapse of Kurti Government, and even for a new government with subjects making up the coalition. PAN of past mandate AAK and Initiative.
The solution key to this situation has been seen as the two AKR deputies -- the party that the previous day stressed would not be part of the new government, but that Tuesday its leader, Behgjet Pacolli, who is also an MP, sought to return to Kosovo.
Once confirmed the first cases affected by SARS-CoV-2, the virus that has “shut down” the world, Pacolli has flown to Switzerland. Meanwhile, the LDK had initiated a no-confidence motion against the Vetevendosje Movement-led government (LVV), with which it was in the coalition. Pacolli's party had not supported the motion.
Nevertheless, the AKR leader has criticised the incumbent government on Tuesday, as he has said, the barriers set to return to Kosovo, at a time when efforts are being made to form the new Government.
This is shocking what's happening to me. After two months of quarantine along with my family in Switzerland, under health assistance, something that I witnessed with documents, prevents me from coming to Kosovo”, Pacolli declared.
The approval of the landing permit at Pristina Airport for my plane is a direct deprivation of my right to move”, he concluded.
