As Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama had announced earlier, April 27th marks the beginning of a new phase in Albania in terms of relief measures from CoVId-19.
In all cities, the timeline of pedestrian movement has been extended, up from 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
On the other hand, from today some 27 thousand employees have returned to work, as Prime Minister Edi Rama earlier announced, as the second business block has opened from 7:00-17:30.
Part of the list, which is published on e-albania portal, are mostly minority stores such as clothing, shoes, flowers, etc.
Today, citizens will have the opportunity to move in taxis, however, as well as shops and taxis have been warned they will have to follow the security protocol rigorously, otherwise they will be punished.
Meanwhile, in green areas there is a timeline dedicated only to pensioners. They are thought of at 6:00- 08:30 in the morning, while other citizens are moving from 09:30 to 17:30, with no more than one person. Exceptions will make citizens with work warrants, which are not limited to the hours mentioned above.
As for private transport cars, they will be allowed to circulate without authorization only within the county or related municipalities from 09:30 to 17:30, with only one passenger.
As we stress that in high risk areas, private vehicles are allowed to circulate after being granted e-albania authorisation and only on two schedules that are 05:00:00 and getting back to work on the second time page 1600-17:30.
