Xavi believes he is now willing to take the lead in Barcelona, but he has insisted that there can be no poisonous person in the stripper if he takes the lead in the club.
I'm pretty sure I want to go back to Barcelona. Now that I've had the experience as a coach, I believe I can bring experience to the players. But, I've been clear that I see myself in a project that starts from zero and in which my decision making is”, Xavi said about “La Vanguardia”, Transmission Time.net. I want to work with people I trust who are loyal and valuable. There can be no poisonous person around the stripper”.
40-year-old Xavi spent 18 years of his career as a professional football player at Barcelona, playing over 700 matches for the club.
Spain's ex-repretant won 25 trophies during his time at Barcelona, including eight times La Ligan and four times the League of Champions and has been praised as one of his generation's best midfielders.
He also won three consecutive titles -- twice the European -- and also the 2010 World in South Africa.
Xavi left Barcelona to continue his career in Qatar at Al-Saad in 2015. He played at this club four years before taking the post of club coach.
Barcelona had insisted on turning Xavin back in January, but he refused and was appointed at the helm Quique Setien.
Xavi also indicated who he would like to transfer if he took the lead in Barcelona. He doesn't see Neymar as ideal backup.
I don't know if Neymar would be appropriate because of the social issue, but in terms of football, I have no doubt that he would be a spectacular transfer. Barcelona does not need many new players: perhaps Jadon Sanchon and Serge Gnabryn”, Xavi said.
