Sputnik was established on November 10, 2014, by Rossiya Segodnya, a Russian government-owned news agency that was created by an executive order of Russia's president on December 9th 2013, and has since been charged by official NATO and Western politicians as one of Russia's most powerful propaganding weapons.
This news agency releases news in more than 30 different languages of the world and is now soon expected to broadcast news in Albanian.
