This decision was taken as a measure to prevent the spread of new coronary in this country, where health infrastructure is failing after four decades of war.
The inmates who will benefit will be women, children, seriously ill and those over 55x1>, said general lawyer Farid Hamid.
According to Hamid, the move, taken under the presidential decree issued today, is not for those who committed crimes against national and international security.
