OAK through a communique says that after a broad consultation with businesses, it has held an extraordinary meeting by considering all business requirements to the Government of Kosovo.
OAK estimates that the emergency measures the Government has to take to support the private sector from the crisis caused by the COVID virus 19 will help reduce the losses that businesses are having and increase the potential for businesses to manage to keep all workers in their jobs.
“Some of these proposals include: To subsidize the salaries of workers in the private sector for 3 months of the current salary in the sectors that have cut the job and those that have reduced staff (min 220 Euro-month); to extend credit payments for the period 3 month (the April loan tip is paid in July); to secure a budget for supporting businesses in need of performing commercial obligations as a result of Covid 19; to provide a budget for loans without interest to companies; to be represented by commercial banks in July); to lend them more convenient loans; to be released from rent, paid off, paid off, or effective businesses, and as well as well as results from private interest; to rentable businesses or to charge of 505 months; or to chargeable projects, at least 3/2 months; or to chargeable projects, to charge; or to charge of 505 months; to charge; or to chargeable loans, to support them are not to charge.
Taking into account this and taking into account that state institutions are funded by the revenues of businesses and citizens (80% of incomes are from businesses), the Kosovo Afarism Oda has also proposed that additional measures be taken as the halve of the Kosovo Parliament's MPs' salaries; for half the wages of state administration (regarding no less than 220 Euro); for half wages in public companies (freely than 220 Euro); to be excluded from these emergency sectors that have added commitment during this period (the period) -- namely, the police and the fire-fire.
Taking into account this we consider that in this way all of us can contribute by taking the burden on overcoming this pandemic that can destroy the economy and the development of the country if we don't take adequate measures”, the communiqué says.
