David Oppitz was sentenced to three years in suspension from football matches after being caught in the camera by punching the star of Sunderland, Luke O'Nien, in a game of League One's playoffs, England's third football level, in May 2019, broadcast the Express.
The Portsmouth Court had sentenced him to three years suspended from football matches because he had seriously offended a security guard, a woman who was trying to get him out of the stadium after the incident in that match.
He had not been indicted for the crackdown on O'Nien, since the latter had said he did not want to file a lawsuit with the reason that the shocks had been strong and that even his little cousin had more powerful fists.
However, because of this indictment, Opptitz was obliged to hand over his passport to the police station before any England guest match to ensure he would not travel to forward his national team.
The 51-year-old had not handed over his passport on November 13th last year, despite England visiting Kosovo in “Fadil Vokri” in Pristina just four days later dealt with the latest A qualifying Group match for EURO 2020, which ended with a 40 advantage in favor of the English.
The cause of failure to hand over the passport, Opptitz was sentenced to six months on bail and fined 71 pounds.
