In the Czech Republic, the testing of the so-called “smart card”, which provided that through data from mobile phone providers and bank cards, be traced to contact people affected by coronary.

This measure, which has resulted in success in Taiwan and South Korea, will initially be implemented in the Czech region of South Moravia, with the aim of all Czech citizens being free of movement restrictions as soon as possible.

The military organises “The wise carin”, while managed by the head of the Central National Crisis Staff, epidemiologist Roman Primula.

He has said that after the Easter Festival, due in mid-April, the measure would be implemented in all Czech regions.

The wise “carantina” means that, with the consent of the infected person, the provider of his mobile phone will determine his location and, through his GPS or his bank data, determine where he moved over the past five days and which persons he may have infected.

The people who have been in contact with the infected will have to be isolated.

For “the wise quarantine”, the army has divided 253 troops and 82 vehicles.

Currently, there are 2,866 people infected with coronarys in the Czech Republic, while 17 patients have died.

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis has said on March 27th that he expects his government to extend the state of emergency for another 30 days.

The current decree ends on April 11th.

Parliament must approve any extension of the state of emergency.
