During today he has met with residents of the village of Lluga, who were promised major changes if he receives the mandate, in education, economy, health, infrastructure and in many other areas.
According to Bulqi, there has been little investment in this location and that even what has been accomplished is done at the initiative of citizens themselves.
He pledged that his governing programme would make a big turn in Podujevo.
Bulliqi: Agim Veliu had an extra bad government
We've got a lot of toʹya started and what point to look at, because it's an extra model of bad governance this individual has made for these 20 years in our community... Even these few real projects, to be convinced and you know very well that they are individual projects we've made as organized citizens... I believe the day has come for change, and now no one can stop this change, the less those who had power for 20 years... we've made a work program where all projects that will be implemented during this period in the field of municipal administration, education, health, infrastructure, youth, sports, the environment, and then other things that are important in local government management, Bulqi said.
The MP from VV ranks, Saranda Bogujevci, voiced confidence that the Bullici programme rewards the citizens of Podujevo. She called on the electorate on March 15th to vote for their future and for speed, Bulqi.
Boguyevci: Vote Bulliqi Speed
I think it's time to give the county back its dignity. Professor knows he's moving back and what's important is he'll have all the citizens of this country back there and I think together we'll fix a better life in this country... I ask you on Sunday, March 15th to come out to decide about the future of the Gollaku's Lip”, Boguyevci said.
The extraordinary elections in Podujevo are held after current President Agim Veliu resigned to head the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
