Even after 1: 00 a.m. on the streets of Tirana, there are still pedestrians and moving cars. For these reasons, police are continuing to check across the country, in order for restrictive measures to be respected by all.
In just 24 hours, throughout the country, they have been fined by ten thousand lek each, 65 citizens whom police found moving by bicycle or walking, but without any reason or emergency to justify these exits. One of them was also prosecuted after rejecting the order given by police officers to return to the residence.
In addition to pedestrians, 76 drivers were punished throughout the country, breaking the ban. All of them, driving permits were removed, so licenses, and automobiles were blocked as well.
The punishment was done for nine private subject managers, as they broke the closure rule at 13 o'clock in their businesses. Each one is fined by 100,000 bucks.
The biggest fine, went to a citizen who broke the self-curanting rule. He was punished with 700,000 lek, since in my system, it turns out he entered Albania on March 11th, but was listed by police patrols outside his apartment.
The police appeal goes to all citizens, to respect restrictive measures, and in case there's no reason to avoid them at all. On the other hand, pensioners are not legally allowed out of residences.
