Political and Belgrade-registered, he has called the indictment against him, former deputate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Azem Syla.
This indictment, ex-Deputate Syla, charges that it has led the organised criminal group that have made parallels with some properties in Caglavica.
Along with Syla, 16 other people are charged, in what is known as the “Toka”, reports “Justice Trust”.
At Wednesday's session, in this case the phase has begun, in which the accused will be declared for the SPRK indictment.
Before the court, led by Judge Becir Kaluldra, the first to have begun to plead was accused Azem Syla.
Responding to his defender's questions, lawyer Besnik Berisha, accused Syla, has said the indictment against him is not based on any evidence and has all relied on the testimony of a collaborative N witness. B, which according to him, has been orchestrated and recruited by the state of Serbia.
This charge, it has policy from certain circles, which came to the bottom of the N.B. witness. It has been orchestrated with some people in Belgrade and it turns out that this indictment against me has been completely political. According to my name, there's been a blow and spiritual injury, let alone all this propaganda that's been done in these four years on falsehood, based on witnesses who were recruited outside my country, and this has been an injury that falsely and slander has hit me and I don't feel guilty for it”, Syla has stated.
Lawyer Berisha asked Syla if the prosecution's claims are true that he has co-ordinated the actions of other indictees involved in this case and if he has asked them to report to him about their actions, which the claims have denied Syla.
THE entire path of my life and my attempt has been to bring Kosovo on this day where we are, and any form of illegal, low, dirty, have been unacceptable, and even morally I have rejected and fought”, Syla has added.
After lawyer Berisha has asked Syla to respond if he knows the other co-accuseds involved in this indictment, the former delegation has said that except for the Shaban of Ilaz Syla, who have blood connections with them, but also Fahredin Gashi, Shpresim Uka and Arton Vila, who has recognised them through their families, no other accused knows him.
And he added that there has been no business or business relationship with any of the accused, including those he has known, nor any benefit.
He has said that in this case the prosecution has not frozen or seized any active or real estate, nor before, and that in the raid on his house, they have found no evidence to incriminate him in this group of defendants.
Kosovo Police's “, along with EULEX, to arrest me then, has been a coming Belgrade has enjoyed. With those cameras and nothing found in my house, to impound it as illegal, you just want tapes and phones of kids that haven't returned and nothing has been seized”, Syla said.
Syla's defender has also presented him with a wiretap, which was presented as evidence to the prosecution, under which he claimed that on March 30th 2010, from a number, to an unknown person, there was a communication between him and accused Fahredin Gashi, in which he said, “A. We can't talk on the phone again then. F. G- In this number, A. S, no, no, he's just come as a guest, but you can sort of organize it with your nephew, he's with me all the time and then we can talk. If it wasn't for a good business, I wouldn't have asked you to come. Do you think you can come see you? F. G-Can I come back later, okay?
Berisha has said that in these words, the prosecution has claimed to testify that it has been discussed in the case of the lands and that it testifies to Syla's hierarchy in this group, but Syla has declared that he does not remember those words, since, according to him, he has not been involved in these cases.
Berisha, has added that the prosecution has also presented some wiretaps, which are claimed to be of the accused Shaban Syla, Shpresim Uka, Arton Vila, in which the name of Azem Syla is mentioned, but he has said that others may still be called on his behalf but that he does not take responsibility.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed two charges, one with 17 people and the other with 22 persons, which, in the latter, was established on October 24th 2016, includes the former delegation. PDK Azem Syla, who according to the SPRK, had also been leader of this group.
Along with Syla, Shaban Syla, Arton Vila, Fahredin Gashi, Shpresim Uka, Ramadan Uka, Avdurrahman Brajshori, Gazmend Gashi, Ljubljana Vujovic, Sabedin Hadziu, Avni Maxhuni, Elhame Uka, Lumnije Sopijani, Nirne Brajshori, Sami Macidoci, Nsu Palushi, Ramadan Mavrej.
Part of this act has been Noah Uka, Albanian Maxhun, Ilaz Syla, Mustaf Haliti and Hajrullah Berisha, but for the first two, procedures have ceased after they have changed their lives, while because the court has failed to ensure the presence of Ilaz Syla, Mustaf Halit and Hajrullah Berisha, the same procedures have been singled out.
The instance charges the defendants with criminal acts “organised”, “money laundering”, “receive mics”, “heavy malming”, “duty “, “reference to counterlegal judicial decisions”, “The bad use of the official post”, <x14delegisation of the counterfeit context <x> and <x16166>
