Tahiri: Government gives detailed explanation at Parliament for reciprocity with Serbia

Former Minister for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Edita Tahiri has invited the new government to provide the relevant explanations for the reciprocity application with Serbia.

In an interview for the newspaper “The new age”, she has said that before this principle begins to apply, the new government in detail should explain it in the Parliament.

According to her, Prime Minister Albin Kurti's political statements on the issue are insufficient. Tahiri has estimated that in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia, Kosovo needs a national consensus.

Kosovo had a lot of polarization, now it is time for things to be done in a common language”, it has said.

Tahiri has also talked about the role of the new opposition. She has said she hopes this opposition will be constructive, not like the former opposition.
