spokesman The PDK, Avni Bytyci, has sharply criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti for appointing his chief of staff, Luan Dalipi, as well as Deputy Prime Minister Haki Abazi, who come from civil society, who, according to Bytyci, have been suspicious and have misused large funds.
Bytyci has reminded Prime Minister Albin Kurti of Vetevendosje motto “With thieves, with thieves, there is no state”.
Through a text on his Facebook page, Bytyci has said that Prime Minister Kurti's chief of staff has also been sentenced by the Court for misuse of civil society funds, while Haki Abazi, as Bytyci wrote, the funds that managed them from the “Rockler” foundation used by creating a network of clients with civil society organisations that they did not use for Kosovo's development, but for interests and close personal benefits.
Avni Bytyci's complete scripture:
Yesterday, Albin Kurti appointed Prime Minister's Chief Staff, Luan Dalip, of course for many citizens an anonymous name, but not unknown as Zv's was. Prime Minister Hakki Abazi. For those who don't know these two people, let me see that as former activists describe these “two black sheep of civil society, who only have one thing in common -- the suspicion that they were the most incriminating figures of civil society. One is convicted of corruption by the basic court, later miraculously released by the Court of Appeals. While the other, such as “kapo” of civil society, the funds it managed by the “Rockler” foundation you used by creating a clientlist network with civil society organisations that the multiple funds did not use for Kosovo development, but, for interests and narrow personal benefits. For the latter, the organisation Get Up under the leadership of Avni Zogiani, today Haki Abaz's co-party had initiated a criminal outcry in the Special Prosecutor. Strangely how the two darkest figures of civil society have joined the leadership positions of Kurti Government. Apparently, Albin Kurti, besides changing his stance, has forgotten the political motto: “With thieves, no state of”.
