The Office for Communication with the Presidency Public, through an answer to Periscope, has said that the president of the Republic represents the highest authority of the state and all institutions are obliged to the Law on State Protocol to place the President's photo in their environments.
The Parliament is said to be the legislature of the Republic of Kosovo, and as such should be the best example of law enforcement.
The president of the Republic represents the highest authority of the state and all institutions are obliged by the State Protocol Law to place the president's photograph in their environments. The Assembly is the legislative institution of the Republic of Kosovo and, as such, should be the best example of law enforcement. We do not know if what was reported is true, but such an act would, however, be a violation of the laws in power and a bad precedent for all Kosovo institutions”, said in response to the President's Office.
