Majlinda Kelmendi will take place in September, which will be inaugurated Friday in her hometown of Pec.
The September inauguration will make the president of the International Judo Federation, Marius Vizer, who will also be present at the 2019 Laureates ceremony organised by the Kosovo Olympic Committee on 27 February.
Majlinda is the only Kosovo athlete with Olympic medals.
She won gold in the -52kg judo category at the RIO 2016 Olympics. /Periscope. com/
