He's accusing the faculty of planning the latest UPP competition for certain persons, Koha Ditore writes today.
In the October 22nd 2019 contest, he has competed for classes in subjects: “Digital processing of signals”, ”transmitting System”, ” Statistical Equipment of signals and applications”, ” Digital Image Procession”, ” Data coming” and <x10).
Maliqi, who has been legalizing 8 years as assistant in subjects “digital processing of signals” and “Statistical signal processing and applications”, says the commission unfairly seized these two subjects and gave them to the other candidate, Monday Maloku, though, according to him, she has no experience in legalising them. In the final competition, The UPP has only announced a position to maintain six subjects in FIEK, for which commission has proposed candidate Maloku. These six subjects for which the competition was announced were the three professors, Ilir Limani, who has passed away, Rexhep Hasani, who retired last year, and Salem Lepaja, who is close to retirement. The subjects of the three professors were combined, and for their legalisation the faculty has asked for only one candidate. Thus, candidate Maliqi, who was assistant to Professor Ilir Limani, has been taking classes he legalized several years.
According to him, such a thing is unfair because, as expressed, the faculty was able to declare two positions and not one tʹya gives all to one person.
Maliqi, who has completed doctoral studies at the Sinjales and Systems Laboratory (L2S), an integral part of Paris-Sud University, Central Soupelec and CNRS in Paris, is accusing the commission that, in addition, in the assessment report, he hid his achievements. The commission's chairman has been Luan Ahma, meanwhile Muslim members Limani and Bujar Krasniqi. According to candidate Maliqi, the commission removed its achievements from the assessment report with the aim of eliminating the race.
“How can you hide basic candidate data?! This hide is unwarranted. My statement remains the only one to hide the whole education data. I am convinced that this secret represents serious material violations, and as such, should be sanctioned first by the UPI itself. It even presents adequate grounds for criminal work, which I am considering”, he added.
