She took this action yesterday, removing Thaci's photo from her office after taking up the new post and instead turning the photograph of former President Ibrahim Rugova.
Osman had declared that such an act does not conflict with the law, and that Rugova photo had decided as inspiration.
But during the time of the elections, he had declared that he would send Thaci's photo to a basement, unaware that it constituted legal violations.
The PDK has reacted sharply to the removal of President Thaci's photo, saying Vjosa Osmani has violated the Law on the State Protocol.
