Bielsa's nuts: Laying a pipe at the strip table for 30 minutes when you lose a match

A real cult-hero, now other stories of Bielsas have been discovered that only strengthens his reputation as one of the weirdest football trainers.

Former Liverpool player Mark Gonzalez and Chilean frontman Jose Pedro Funzalida both played for Bielsan during the time he led the National Chilean between 2007 and 2011.

During a presentation on Chilean television, the doubles were asked to show some stories from early times, and Gonzalez recalled the time when Bielsa was naked and lay on the table for 30 minutes after the loss of Ecuador.

“Bielssa entered the stripper. He was very nervous, he walked up and down, he didn't talk to anyone,” said Gonzalez.

There was another stripper next to us and he went in there.

We went inside and he was completely callous, lying at the medical aid table, as if someone would operate it.

He stood there for about 30 minutes, completely confused.

Fuentes added: “happened to me several times. We lost it in the finals 1-0 against Italy, but we played well and missed a lot.
