The citizen who pissed right in front of the division of KSF appears in a urination position, even though other Kosovo citizens pass by.
This has irritated Periscop's reader, D.R., who writes that he felt insulted after the Serb came and peed in front of the Army. ”
He has even shown the registration signs of Belgrade citizen's car, which start with BG, writes Periscope.
We remember that urination in public places is an act punishable by the law in power of the Republic of Kosovo. /Periscope
