Judah, in a post on the social Twitter network, writes that the European Union and the United Kingdom, although not publicly saying it, think that US envoy Richard Green for the Kosovo dialogue- Serbia is creating problems by encouraging Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, whose power has dropped, Telegrafi reports.

Analyst Judah's comments come after Prime Minister Albin Kurti's decision regarding the US special envoy's tax and declaration of Kosovo-Serbia talks, Richard Green.
Green has not supported Kurt, saying that the position of the United States is clear, the fee has to go completely away.
Otherwise, Kurti at an extraordinary media conference Thursday said that on March 15th the tax would be partially removed, while if Serbia and the EU fail to act, the tax returns 100 per cent again on June 15th.
