49 indictment for 24 hours

Also, at the order of the state prosecutor, there have been 48 hours of arrest for nine (9) persons, and two (2) requests have been made for the detention of three (3) persons suspected of committing various criminal acts.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has made a (1) request for the detention of a (1) person for criminal acts “The release of money” from Article 308, as well as “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group” from the KPRK's Article 283. And this prosecutor has filed a (1) indictment against a (1) defendant with the initials G.S. for criminal work “War crimes against the civilian population” by Article 142 concerning Article 22 of the Yugoslav Socialist Federation Law, currently penalised as war crimes in serious violation of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention by Article 146 paragraphs 1 and 2 subparagraph 2.1 concerning Article 31 of KPRK.

The founding prosecutor in Pristina, over the last 24 hours, at the order of the caretaker prosecutor, has detained four (4) suspected persons, and this prosecutor has filed a (1) request for the appointment of a measure of detention for two (2) persons, and has filed fourteen (14) charges against 15 (15) persons for various criminal acts.

The foundation prosecutor at Ferizaj, over the past 24 hours, has detained four (4) people suspected in two separate cases and filed seven (7) charges against seven persons for various criminal acts.
