The accused in question, they have been convicted on the part of the Appeals Court for Criminal Work “Use of official position or authority” under Article 422 par.1 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code and have been tried:
I.T. for prison terms of three years.
B.F. for prison terms of two years and four months. Mr. K. with a prison sentence of two years and eight months.
V.H., F.T. and R. Th., each separately, with prison sentences of six months.
The sentences will be executed after the intensability of the act, against which the parties have a complaint right in the 15-day term, at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Court of Appeals found that from evidence that is part of the subject's paperwork, all elements of criminal acts for which they have been found guilty have been fulfilled.
