Mr. Beden also claimed that the US security critical agencies had suffered “endor damage” during Donald Trump's presidency, reports the BBC, translates Periscope.
A Pentagon spokesman said it had been “legally transparent”.
Mr. Beden will take office on January 20th, but President Trump is refusing to accept defeat.
For weeks after the November 3rd elections, Mr. Beden had been blocked by receiving crude intelligence reports, a normal but essential routine as part of the presidency's transition.
After Trump had finally allowed formal transition last month, Mr. Beden praised the White House for helping in the process.
