He had pleaded partly guilty to his wife's murder, while today the court has declared the case by the court at the Gjilan Foundation Court.
The case had occurred on July 25th in Kamenica, as the convict had already performed the act with a strong tool.
According to the indictment, the defendant N.M., on July 25, 2020, in the village of Beryvojca, the municipality of Kamenica, because of ongoing family disputes, has deliberately deprived his wife of life, now feeling S.M., so that after the fight, the same metal rod has hit her in her left hand and head, which after falling onto the floor, has again continued to strike several times in the head and other parts of her body, causing fatal wounds.
The couple's children were taken into custody by the Center for Social Work in Camenica. Three children will also be offered social assistance from this center.
