Hoti for RTV Dukagjin says that in this process Kosovo is co-operating with COVAX in order to be equal to strong states.
We officially applied for the 7 December vaccine. First we are working to provide technical infrastructure so that vaccines are safe and a safe distribution is possible. We are pretending that vaccines will ensure the first quarter of 2021 and it would be very good for vaccines to be secured in March. This does not mean that if we are able to get supplies from other alternative roads”
Health Ministry spokesman has also talked about the beginning of the vaccine in Serbia.
Hoti says Pfizer has an office in Belgrade but that according to him the number of vaccines has been very symbolic.
If we can speak in numbers, it would be as if we had secured 500-600 vaccines. There are a number of symbolic doses, although we would like each state to provide vaccines as soon as possible”, Faik Hoti said, among other things.
