The chief state prosecutor made this comment a day after Justice Minister Selim Selimi called on Procuroia to investigate the introduction of vaccines from Serbia to Kosovo, as he illegally calls them.
As he spoke on the case, Chief Prosecutor Lumezi said that if the prosecution provides sufficient evidence, criminal investigations will immediately be launched.
The foundation procedure in Mitrovica will start with collecting relevant information and data to prove claims if vaccines have entered from Serbia illegally. If we secure enough ground and evidence, then we will immediately begin with criminal investigations”, Lumez told Gazeta Express on Sunday.
