Kosovo prosecution charges a person with group terrorist attack

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against a person with the initial R.Z, on charges of “organising and participating in a terrorist group, in attempted”.

This is what the State Attorney has done through a communiqué sent to the media.

“Pristic, December 24, 2020, Special Prosecutorship of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Special Department, against defendants with initials R.Z., for criminal work “Organisation and terrorist group participation, attempted”, from Article 136 paragraph 2 related to KPRK's 28,”, says in the report.
