As it fell into the hands of Kosovo justice accused of kidnapping a girl in Prizren

N.P. in co-ordination with two other persons had kidnapped a girl in January 2001, kept him inside his home in a Prizren municipality village.
The prosecution victim had been sexually abused.
In exchange for the family's release, the kidnappers had demanded money worth 420 thousand euros.
After they had taken the money they had fled Kosovo.
But how has the justice organs come to be, the suspect after nearly two decades?

“As far as the person who was arrested today two months at the Merdare border point has gone in such a way that he and three other persons who, in co-ordination, have carried out this criminal act, international arrest warrant has been issued since then, on March 26, 2001, and, of course, have been updated with new decisions, constantly demanding. The last link to them was granted on February 19, 2020<18x1>.
“Person is busy at the Kosovo-Serbia border. He was arrested by Kosovo Police. We've been notified as the prosecutor. We immediately requested the detention assignment the next day. And the suspect is now in custody for two months”.
