According to an Albanian media medium, referring to EU diplomatic sources, that at this stage cannot be said even if there could be conclusions for enlargement during the European affairs ministers' meeting on 8 December.
It is learned that tomorrow there will be a brief discussion, just 10 minutes since the agreement between states on the negotiating framework of Albania and Northern Macedonia is shown.
The German presidency has included discussing enlargement at tomorrow's meeting under the mark «AOB», which includes any other issue except the agenda.
This is done to again exert pressure on Bulgaria to block the negotiating framework and the conclusions for enlargement.
