Thirty-one men in Kosovo have received the status of victims of sexual violence that occurred during the 1998-99 war. Many are reluctant to talk.
Radio Free Europe has interviewed a survivor of sexual violence, where it spoke of the violation he and some young men and women in a hotel basement.
He's also shown that for days they've been without water and no water and they've gone to the basement.
