Albin Kurti reacts to protests in Albania following pressure: Justice for Karen

Comfort the family and society, and all the young Albanians, for Klodian Rasha, whose 25-year-old man died in the alley near his home.

I have followed the protests closely by the media and have felt the youth revolt in Tirana and other Albanian cities in Pristina. The call “Director for Klodian” has echoed everywhere among Albanians.

Those at the top of political and state, business and media powers now have the last moment to realize that much that has been done wrong so far has produced great disappointment.

Our citizens, our youth, have been disappointed, as have international partners who have an interest in strengthening Albanians.

The youth revolver may not have had sophisticated speeches, but she spoke and spoke clearly. Along with the next phenomenon, mass migration, these revolts are giving the message that Albanians can no longer co-exist with this kind of corrupt political and economic system, which causes injustice, inequalities and setbacks.

We are at the same point in Kosovo, but there is still no outbreak of revolt, because there is also hope. We will not miss that hope.

Of course, with the engagement of Albanians, especially young people, even Albania will be allowed to restore hope, and change of road, away from corruption and to development. Albania has many honest, capable and hardworking people, who yearn to see its country well, with democracy and justice. They just have to start organizing and structured to overcome the old obstacles, and I have the conviction that it will soon happen.

Justice for Klodian means real justice and democracy for Albania.
