Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, was increasingly trapped before he was bombarded, neighbors said.
Just a few weeks ago, he had built a gate in the fence, put the RV on the street and closed the gate.
It was the same vehicle that authorities in the order said Warner had used to carry out his terrible act.
You've never seen in his house someone coming or going,” said neighbor Steve Schmoldt. You've never seen him go anywhere. For all we know, he was a computer maniac who worked from home. ”

The blast had damaged 41 buildings and caused massive deterioration in communication systems.
Warner had grown up in Antioch, a suburb of Nashville, and had graduated in the mid - 1970 ' s from where he was later working as IT in that area.
He had only been arrested once before, in 1978, when he was involved with drugs.
However, property records reveal that Warner had made several moves. He had transferred his property to a Californian woman the day before Thanksgiving.
Then he wrote to the company where he had worked to say that he would no longer work there without giving any reason.
Police have already launched investigations after reports that Warner was afraid of 5G technology, as the motive for the bombing in question. /Periscope
