Yes, the freedom of movement is not limited, it's just limiting business activities. Some are allowed, they're essential and others. It's not that classic closure if there's been misunderstanding”, Zemaj said.
This “Esence is overcoming unnecessary gatherings we have seen. Increasing the number of infections has forced us to take these measures. Unfortunately in many sectors there has been discipline”, Zemaj stressed.
But if Pristina is in quarantine.
Zemaj says they do not use the term quarantine.
“Confision of the movement of vehicles and of those not from Pristina only those who need jobs which are allowed with measures in force. Neither can they enter nor leave until Monday morning at 5am”, he explained.
