Analyst and Professor Blerim Latifi reacts to Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri, who has accepted donations from the Qatar-based foundation for the construction of 40 houses in the town's village of Frasher.
This organization has also provided a center for the organisation's evevo.
Does anyone tell Bahtiri that this organisation is accused of using its international charity network to transfer finance to groups that promote and organise terrorist activities around the world?
He writes:
Agim Bahtiri, chairman of Mitrovica, has made arrangements with Qatar Charity for the construction of 40 houses in the town's village of Frasher. The complex also has been designed to establish a center for the needs of this organization.
Does anyone tell Bahtiri that this organisation is accused of using its international charity network to transfer finances to groups that promote and organise terrorist activities around the world?
Does this Agim Bahtiri know that national interest is more than 40 houses for poor people who have plunged them into the catastrophic governments of many villagers in Kosovo, and are now forced to accept the conditional charity of suspicious Middle Eastern organisations?
Does this country have mechanisms that protect its national interest, or should we expect to sink completely into the abyss, and then ask for those who saved us from the Serbian genocide yesterday to intervene again to save us from our suicide fools?
