In a response to the Specialised Prosecutor's Journal's Journal Express, Christopher Bennett has said they are cited as participants in a “Joint Criminal Enterprise”, and that the act confirmed only links with Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
The Prosecutor's Office specialised last night has published the revised version of the indictment against former President Hashim Thaci, former PDK leader Kadri Veselini, VVNA deputy Rexhep Selimi and former Parliament head Jakup Krasniqi.
The published indictment also mentions former members of the KLA General Staff, Fatmir Limaj, Sabit Geci, Azem Syla, Lahi Brahimaj, Sylejman Selimi, Rrustem Mustafa, Shukri Buja, Latif Gashi.

The spokesman for this office, Christopher Bennett, has said that the indictment is linked only to the four accused, while other individuals are mentioned as participants in a “Joint Criminal Enterprise”

Today during the day, Sabit Geci of The KLA has denied accepting any indictment by the Special Prosecutor, though his name is mentioned in the indictment.
Meanwhile today, special investigators have raided the homes of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin and Rexhep Selimi.
On Monday, November 9th, former head of the KLA's political directorate Hashim Thaci will appear before judges of the Special Chambers to face the alleged charges of the special war crimes prosecutor.
The act against Hashim Thaci was confirmed on October 26, 2020. He was arrested by the Prosecutor's Office specialised on November 5th and transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague on the same day.
The indictment charges Hashim Thaci with war crimes and crimes against humanity under international law for various forms of criminal responsibility.
The same day, but on another hour before the Special will appear the former spokeswoman KLACHA, Jakup Krasniqi, who was transferred to The Hague two days earlier.
