MPs at today's plenary session have failed to vote three international agreements.
This is due to lack of quorum, where such international agreements must be voted by 2/3 of the votes of the Parliament's deputies under regulation.
Meanwhile, 52 deputies have voted for these three agreements.
At the session MPs failed to approve the Bill for ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association in terms of funding the programme, promotion and access to water security opportunities.
Similarly, the draft law on ratification of the Kosovo Republic Financial Accounting Agreement and the European Investment Bank for the Zeza Water Equipment Project in Gjilan has failed to be voted in, as has the draft for ratification of the Financial Treaty.
