In the Court's announcement it becomes known that defendants F.K., G.K., B.K. and the U.K. are suspected of criminal activity “severe murder in attempted”.
Defendants F.K., G. K, B.K. court has been assigned the detention measure in 1 (one) month apart from each, ranging from the date 03.1120 to the 02.12.2020, while the US defendant has rejected the request for detention appointment and has been released for the same to be protected in freedom. The request for detention, since evidence has not confirmed that the same has committed the criminal act, which has been suspected of”, is reported in the Court's announcement.
“defendants F. G, G.K. and B. K, the detention measure has been imposed, since the same could be avoided in order to evade criminal responsibility and thus be unable to ensure their presence in criminal procedure, could prevent the course of criminal procedure by influencing witnesses and other participants, so assigning the detention measure to defendants is adequate for ensuring their presence in criminal procedure”, the announcement said.
The incident has occurred Tuesday's noon in Fushe Kosovo, between police and some citizens. While police have stopped citizens, the latter have attacked police officials.
As a result of the physical clash, police have fired guns at the citizens involved in this case, where one has been injured.
