Warning of this protest by the Voice of the People has been made via Facebook, where the demands on which the country's institutions will be addressed are made on the day new measures are expected to go into effect. CO VID-19, which has been announced today by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
The protest points, according to the announcement, are:
No police hours
The numerous disappointments with government and the measures taken against the individual 19.
Do not offer material and financial assistance to the people during the pandemic.
The return of the figure of over 2m euros stolen from the state treasury (Uulimaum 48 hours) to submit documents & leaders of the shameful act to be brought to justice.
Armendi Zemaj's resignation from the position of health minister, which is not a profession.
If these points are not implemented by November 13, 2020, the protest will take other proportions, the announcement says, as it adds that protesters during the expression of their discontent should be equipped with masks and that no police permission has been asked, referring to the country's Constitution, which at 3rd Article 43 concerning the Freedom of Rally, says that the freedom of the peaceful rally is guaranteed and that each person enjoys the right to organise gatherings, protests and demonstrations, as well as the right to participate in them. These rights can be restricted by law if it is necessary to ensure public order, public health, national security, or protection of the rights of others.
