Kosovo will be in the fifth vase for these qualifications. Shorty will withdraw on December 7th.
Therdians cannot be in the same group as Russia, Serbia and Bosnia, as well as the teams that are in the same vase.
The last rule applies to Albania, which is in the fourth vase. However, the Quakers can play any European national.
