Mayor Rukiqi said the state is hurting oilmen at the time of the pandemic by millions of euros.
“We are concerned with different decisions in relation to private sector companies, especially with a decision-making affecting the oil sector. In pandemic times there are three administrative guidelines that have the effects of millions, barriers, and additional demands that go to the expense of these companies. These three instructions refer to inspection bodies, reserve cleaning, aggregation of 10 to 26 euros”, Rukiqi said, adding that there has been a decline in import and demand for derivatives in the pandemic has dropped.
He said some companies in this sector are working with losses.
Meanwhile, the Society's chairman, Fadil Behrani, said the instructions were issued by MTI without oilmen's consent.
The cleanup of reserves in every three years does not occur in any country in the region and beyond. These administrative guidelines must be abolished” as soon as possible, Berryan said.
Tahir Zogaj from a derivative company stressed that the calibration of the derivatives has already been expensive for 16 euros, and is unacceptable.
